Ted Dodge: Executive Director
Ted became the executive director of the WRC in 2011. He brings a wealth of experience, serving in the role of executive director at the National Carbon Offset Coalition, and before that the Montana Resource Conservation and Development Association. Ted graduated from Montana State University with a Bachelor’s in Agricultural Production and Range Management. When he is not writing grants, managing budgets, and maintaining relationships with landowners and key partners, you can find him outside working on his garden, backpacking, or traveling.

Susie Johnson: Administrative Assistant/Bookkeeper
Susie has been with WRC since it was created in 1999. She serves as both Administrative Assistant and Bookkeeper for the WRC. Susie retired from Deer Lodge Valley and North Powell Conservation District after 27 years. Susie and her husband also retired from farming and ranching in the Racetrack area. Susie is also the treasurer for the American Legion Auxiliary. When not working for WRC, you can find her in her sewing room quilting away.

Mark Mariano WRC Project Coordinator
Browns Gulch, O’Neil Creek & WRC Fish Screen Operation & Maintenance Projects
Mark is a restoration ecologist based in Butte, Montana, working with Montana Wetlands and Waterfowl. As a contractor for the Watershed Restoration Coalition (WRC), he develops habitat restoration and conservation projects in the Upper Clark Fork watershed. Mark brings extensive experience in habitat conservation, including fisheries enhancement, wetland and waterfowl management, and riparian/upland revegetation. He is passionate about collaborating with local landowners to launch impactful projects and programs that benefit the region.
Andy Fischer, WRC Restoration Specialist Racetrack, Gold, Cottonwood Creeks & BOR Racetrack Lake Project
Andy is a project manager based out of Deer Lodge, working with the Clark Fork Coalition. As a contractor for the WRC, he develops a range of habitat enhancement projects across the Upper Clark Fork, including stream restoration projects, irrigation diversion improvements and fish screens. Andy holds an M.S. In Resource Conservation from the University of Montana and brings over 15 years of experience managing restoration projects. He is excited to work with landowners and partners to advance these important projects that benefit the watershed and our local community.
Glen Green WRC Restoration Specialist
Glen is a native Montanan, he attended Montana State University in Bozeman and graduated in 1981 with a Bachelors degree in Agriculture – Range Management. He was employed with the U.S. Department of Agriculture, Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS). Glen worked for the NRCS for 38 years as a Soil Conservationist, Range Conservationist and Supervisory District Conservationist. All of Glens work experience was in Montana at various field offices around the state. Glen retired in January 2019 after 30 years in the Deer Lodge Field Office. Glen started contracting with the Upper Clark Fork Watershed Restoration Coalition in July 2019.
